Organisational conditions
The CosyHome concierge service is available during branch opening hours:
Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
The concierge service includes booking and organising the ordering of services, subject to availability. CosyHome sends the customer an estimate for approval. The activities and services booked are then invoiced by the service providers.
La food and drinks, not included in home catering quotes, are invoiced by the service provider when customers arrive.
The cancellation or modification requests in a less than 72 hours cancellations will only be accepted with the agreement of the service provider, subject to availability and its general terms and conditions of sale. In the event of late cancellation, the service may be invoiced to the customer.
Within the framework of the provision of its concierge services, CosyHome is only bound by an obligation of means. CosyHome Conciergerie may not be held liable in the event of a dispute relating to the quality of the products and services delivered or provided by a service provider.
